How do I make a purchase?

Simply Use the CATEGORY, ACCESSORIES and other links to find your item. Once you have found an item you wish to purchase, select your COLOR and SIZE, and click on the ADD TO TOTE button.
Review the items in MY TOTE link at the top of the page. You can use REMOVE button to delete items from MY TOTE. Click on CHECKOUT to complete order

To create an account, simply click on 'Register' and then fill in your details. You need only your name, email address and phone number.
What should I do if I’ve forgotten my password?
Click the ‘Login’ link to enter Login page. Click ‘Forgot Password’. Enter your email address and press ‘Submit’. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. Click on the link and reset your password.
What size should I choose?
Our designers use international size specifications at BMW Lifestyle. We understand product size can vary with different styles, therefore we have provided the actual dimensions of our product for you to compare with your own body measurements. How do I know if an item is in stock?
All items shown on site are in stock. Please be aware that even if an item is in your TOTE, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order. Our Customer Care team will contact you with a follow-up phone call and email if the item you have selected is not currently in stock.
What payment method does accept?
We accept online payment with PayPal, UnionPay, Alipay, and offline payment with China Post, Western Union and other bank transfers. All transactions on this site are processed using secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.
What packaging will my order be shipped in?
Your order will be wrapped with tissues and taped securely with signature BMW stickers. We will then place it in our signature BMW navy storage bag. To safeguard your purchases during shipping, your order will be placed inside an unbranded cardboard box.
Is my package insured?
All items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance.
If your box or packaging tape that sealed the box is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you either refuse the delivery, or make a note when signing for it that you are accepting a damaged box.
Can I change my shipping address after my order has been shipped?
We are unfortunately unable to redirect orders once your items have been shipped. Therefore, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times. For additional help on shipping address, please contact Customer Care by email or phone.
Can I add items to an existing order?
Yes, you may easily cancel your existing order before you make payment and make a new order. Please go to LOGIN to sign into your account, go to MY ORDER (on the top right corner) or Order History (on the left menu). Find your order on the list. Under Action, click CANCEL. If you require further assistance, please contact our Customer Care for assistance.
How will I know you received my order and when will I be charged?
After you place your order, you will be sent an email confirming your order. You will receive another email indicating the amount you need to pay for your purchase.
You will receive an additional email confirming that your payment has been received. In the rare instance that any of the items you have ordered are not available, we will contact you by email and will only charge you for the value of the items in stock.
Can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirming your shipping details and tracking number. If you have registered an account with us, you will be able to view and track the status of your shipment by logging-in and selecting MY ACCOUNT followed by ORDER STATUS.
Where is my order?
We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours after processing. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number.

How do I return or exchange an order?
Making a return or exchange is easy using the courier's pick-up service. Just make sure you call our Customer Care within 7 days of receiving your order. Once your return/exchange is approved, you need to fill out the Return/Exchange Form.
You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.
It's free to return and exchange items for a different size, based on stock availability. To exchange an item, simply specify the new size you require when you call our Customer Care and follow the instructions above.
Items should be returned new, unused and with all garment tags still attached. We may not accept merchandise that is not received in the above-specified conditions. Furthermore, to ensure that your return is adequately protected in transit, we recommend you send your items back to us in the original packaging provided.
Will I be refunded the full amount of my return?
All correctly returned products will either be refunded to the purchaser's original payment method or account in the original amount. For sale items, we will exclude shipping costs of RMB20 when you use our courier service for the return.
Please be aware that it can take up to 10 days for the refund to appear in your account

Please be assured that your personal information is kept private and confidential, and at no point will we rent or sell this.

How soon can I get my order and how much is the shipping fee?
We offer free delivery and returns within Mainland China on full priced items via EMS and SFExpress. Delivery occurs in 2-3 business days after processing. Standard orders typically ship within 24 hours, pending availability and payment verification. will contact you with a follow-up phone call and email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock.
